For our Spaza Trader initiative, Russells is seeking a dedicated and proactive Independent Sales Agent Manager (Onboarding Specialist) to join our dynamic retail environment. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding new Independent Sales Agents (ISAs) to sell our products and services across Limpopo Province (mainly rural areas).

Description
You will be instrumental in expanding Russells' ISA network within the informal market by identifying potential ISAs (Spaza’s, General Dealers & Salons etc. ), guiding their onboarding, and ensuring their success as valued ISA program members.
- Identifying potential ISAs
- Onboarding identified ISAs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships
- Providing sales support
- Monitoring and reporting on ISA performance
- Ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Effective time management
- Matriculation (Grade 12)
- Post-matric qualification in Commerce (advantageous)
- Proven experience in partner onboarding, channel development, or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Residing in Polokwane
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Physical fitness for tasks like signage installations
- Extensive travel required (including overnight stays)
