Job Title: Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator

Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established Engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator. The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing and sales strategies to build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the role requires regular engagement with both existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Drive overall sales performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Acquire new service contracts and projects while maintaining a diversified sales portfolio (Refrigeration, Design, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Engage with qualified leads to secure contracts and close deals.
- Strengthen client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and identifying additional business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential clients across various industries.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate business leads.
- Submit weekly sales and business development performance reports.
- Develop and conduct quarterly client satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain strong relationships with current and past clients to encourage repeat business.
- Manage and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Conduct courtesy visits to assess client needs and explore upselling opportunities.
- Support sales through social media engagement and online brand visibility.
- Maintain and update company website and social media platforms with relevant content.
- Ensure company branding and promotional materials are aligned with business objectives.
- Identify targeted industry events and opportunities for brand exposure.
- Track and analyze the return on investment for marketing and communication efforts.
- Compile and submit monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Maintain accurate sales and client records.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Sales Management, Business Development, or a related field
- Certification or coursework in social media management (advantageous)
- 2-3 years in sales, business development, or account management
- 1-2 years in social media or digital sales engagement
- Experience in a mechanical engineering/HVAC environment (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
