The ideal candidate will have experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision within the automotive or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of automotive spare parts.
  • Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance, productivity, and safety.
  • Implement inventory control systems to track stock levels, manage orders, and minimize waste or loss.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment and deliveries.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and compliance regulations are adhered to within the warehouse.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations and inventory management.
