What Youll Be Doing:ð??? Guest Experience & Services Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
ð??¥ Staff Supervision Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and operational staff, ensuring smooth coordination and adherence to service standards.
ð?¡ Property & Operations Management Conduct routine inspections, maintain cleanliness, and handle any maintenance or safety concerns.
ð?½ Food & Beverage Oversight Supervise breakfast service, take guest orders, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
ð??? Administrative & Financial Tasks Monitor reservations, process payments, manage supplies, and generate daily financial reports.
ð??? Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, oversee security protocols, and train staff on emergency procedures.
ð??? Overnight Stay & Split Shifts Stay overnight on assigned days, be available for guest assistance, and manage split shifts when required.
