Description:
Responsibilities:- Lead IT-related projects by formulating meticulous project plans, monitoring progress, preserving the project charter, and conducting comprehensive pre- and post-project analyses.
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing process to ensure the alignment of implemented solutions with business requirements
- Oversee change management process by conceptualising suggestions and solutions for strategic and operational changes, evaluating associated risks, supporting staff during implementation and evaluating the impact of changes through methods like surveys, workshops, data modelling and test runs.
- Analyse available information and contribute to the formulation of strategic, technical, tasks-orientated, governance and ownership plans
Education:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- Min 2 years' experience in process and business analysis
- Solid understanding of relevant frameworks and methodologies such as software development methodology, modern programming languages and applicable tooling
