Key Performance Areas include the following:
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and guide sales team to achieve targets through coaching, performance reviews, and recognition. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance sales skills and meet KPIs. Create a positive work environment to support professional growth.Sales & Revenue Growth:
Align team goals with company sales strategies to drive revenue. Oversee daily operations and Key Accounts to ensure sales and service targets are met. Analyze budgets for cost-saving opportunities and increased profitability.Client & Customer Relations:
Deliver timely, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business. Address customer concerns quickly and efficiently.Marketing & Strategy:
Develop marketing plans to increase brand visibility and meet sales goals. Conduct market research on trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. Hold meetings to review business updates, challenges, and opportunities.Operational Efficiency:
Optimize resource use and time management to improve efficiency. Continuously evaluate and streamline business processes to enhance performance. Essential experience and qualification
Matric Proven success in a proactive sales role Experience in the ICT cabling and network hardware industry Consistently meets and exceeds targets Skilled in account management and business growth
