Other Duties Include:

• Overseeing the monthly Group consolidation process and ensuring accurate, timely reporting.
• Managing external audits, IFRS compliance, and statutory financial obligations.
• Reviewing and maintaining accounting policies, technical position papers, and regulatory submissions.
• Providing financial insights to executive leadership through balance sheet analysis and cash flow commentary.
• Driving efficiency initiatives, improving financial processes, and strengthening internal controls.
• Leading and mentoring the corporate finance team while collaborating with global business units.
  Education:
  
  • CA(SA) qualification with strong expertise in complex consolidations.

    • Experience in IFRS reporting, statutory compliance, and multinational financial operations.
