- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, particularly in food safety, consumer rights, and environmental laws, to ensure seamless compliance.
- Manage and resolve disputes, representing the company in negotiations, arbitration, or legal proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with HR on employment law matters, providing guidance on workplace policies and conflict resolution.
- Design and implement internal legal frameworks to uphold regulatory and operational standards.
- Lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, fostering innovation and excellence within the department.
What Youll Bring:
- A recognized qualification as an Attorney, with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally within an in-house setting.
- Proven expertise in contract law, with a strong ability to draft and negotiate agreements.
- Deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the FMCG industry.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, paired with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
