Description:
The role will focus on contributing to the business strategy by developing and reporting on financial insights as well as implementing and managing strategic initiatives. In addition, contribute to enhancing internal customer interaction through commercial partnering. The role will focus on commercial deals to ensure viability and accurate financial reporting, ensure that strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial / management reporting processes are produced, whilst adding value by providing insights and analysis.Duties Include (But Are Not Limited to):
- Financial modeling
- Financial planning and analysis
- Insights and reporting
- Data collection and analytics
- Stakeholder engagement
- Budgeting
- Policy development and implementation
- Information and business advice
- Functional strategy formation
Education:
- Completed Honours Degree in Financial Management / Management Accounting
- CIMA (Completed or in progress)
Skills & Experience:
- Completed SAICA articles
- 8 to 10 years post-articles experience in an FP&A / management accounting role is essential
- Working knowledge of planning and analytical tools and software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Strong personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
