A results-driven General Manager is needed to oversee daily business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure overall business success. This role requires a leader with strong technical and managerial expertise, capable of optimizing operations, managing financial performance, and fostering a high-performing team. The General Manager will report directly to the board of directors and be responsible for the company’s overall efficiency, profitability, and growth. Key Requirements:- Must be based in Cape Town.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (postgraduate degree advantageous).
- 5 - 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the engineering industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
