In this role, you will be responsible for engaging high-intent leads via phone and WhatsApp, building rapport, and guiding potential sellers through the decision-making process. Your primary focus will be converting leads into booked appointments, ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to transaction. You’ll be working with a steady flow of qualified leads and leveraging your persuasion and negotiation skills to maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and book meetings for the valuations team.
- Handle new leads promptly and ensure systematic follow-ups.
- Manage phone and WhatsApp desktop communications.
- Utilize CRM for lead management and collaboration, and to maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Create accurate quote estimates for clients, you will have support from experts on the team where necessary.
- Coordinate client appointments and payments.
