Job Title: Digital Marketing, Advertising and Retargeting SpecialistResponsibilities:
- Manage all paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.
- Develop and oversee SEO/SEM strategies for all websites
- Monitor and optimize website traffic and conversions to drive business goals
- Analyze performance data and provide monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns
- Execute automated and other retargeting strategies to drive conversions and increase ROI
- Manage OTA and other online listings to ensure accurate and consistent information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools
- Experience in implementing retargeting strategies and analyzing performance data
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms is a plus
