Join an FMCG team as a Driver Trainer in the Western Cape!
Your responsibilities will include screening new drivers, implementing defensive driving and vehicle safety procedures, and upskilling/training drivers. The position also requires filing documentation, handling licenses and fines, monthly reporting, and conducting accident investigations. As a company representative, this role is important in managing high-risk drivers and maintaining up-to-date licenses and professional driving permits.
Requirements:
Interested applicants will need Matric, a Code 14 driver’s license with PDP and ±5 years’ similar experience, strong admin skills, and the ability to train Code 10 drivers, do assessments, and liaise with the traffic department.
