The DMS (Document Management System) Pre-Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their document management requirements and articulating the value proposition of the company’s DMS solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their document management challenges and business needs.
Conduct technical presentations and live demonstrations of the DMS solutions.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and present tailored solutions.
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders by preparing detailed technical proposals.
Design and document solution architectures, including integration with existing IT environments.
Provide technical guidance on DMS deployment, implementation, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role, preferably within DMS or ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions.
Strong understanding of document management principles, workflows, compliance, and security.
Familiarity with DMS software such as OpenText, SharePoint, M-Files, or similar platforms.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design customer-centric solutions.
Experience with APIs, system integrations, and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
