Our client, a very established and highly regarded private tertiary education institute are looking for Student Advisor/ Sales Consultant to join their team on the campus in Pretoria North. The purpose of the position it to provide expert advice and guidance to potential students related to higher education options with the intention of sign them up to study through the institution. You will advise on suitable educational paths and provide application assistance including financial options and scholarships. The position is for a campus based in a neighbouring African country therefore it will be helpful if you have sold into Africa before. You will establish connections with decision makers within schools, counsellors, and other professionals in the education field. You will connect with potential students through individual appointments, group sessions, workshops and other means. You will work towards and achieve set sales targets reached through enrolments.Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
- Fluent Business English is a must
- You must be willing to telephonically canvass prospective students and provide sales feedback as well as present, in person to students
- Above average salary and commission structure for the industry
