Description:
We urgently require the expertise of an SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant to engage with a client in exploratory meetings. The consultant will assist in gathering information and requirements that will inform a Scope of Work for an upcoming EAM project.Key Performance Areas:
A consultant's ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP EAM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Analysing and improving client's maintenance and asset management processes, leveraging SAP EAM functionalities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Deep understanding of SAP EAM modules, configurations, and related technologies (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori) to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Successfully managing EAM implementation projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder communication.
Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize their SAP EAM investment.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, PS).
Strong understanding of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance processes.
Expertise in Work Order Management, Notifications, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
Configuration and customization of SAP EAM to align with business requirements.
Knowledge of Asset Lifecycle Management, Equipment Master Data, Functional Locations, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
Required Competencies/Skills:
Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) for assets.
Ability to develop and optimize maintenance strategies and workflows.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and Web Dynpro for user interface enhancements.
Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow for approvals and process automation.
Experience in SAP EAM integration with IoT, GIS, and Mobile Asset Management solutions.
Understanding of SAP EAM analytics and reporting tools (SAP BW, SAC, or embedded analytics).’
Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP EAM implementation.
