Description:
Duties:
● Responding to customer queries and services via Email and Chat
● Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns
● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
● Stay up to date on product features and specifications, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer enquiries
Requirements:
● Speak, read & write German
Hours of operation:
● 8am - 8pm (European time), Monday - Saturday, on a rotational shift basis
Salary:
● R2 5 000 CTC
