Description:

  • Manage calendar, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Consulting with different Service Providers to ensure smooth account opening process.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies in all client interactions and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure customer records are correctly created and kept updated.
  • Applying FICA knowledge as per FSCA requirements.
  • Coordinate and follow up discrepancies and escalate any exceptions to management.
  • Attending to email and telephonic enquiries from Wealth Managers and assistants timeously.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Ensure effective problem solving of enquiries from departments.
  • Ad-hoc duties when assigned, department related.
  • Processing Switches and Top Ups.
  • Providing excellent service to Wealth Managers/assistants/clients
  • Perform any reasonable task requested from the company
  • Prepare for client’s meetings, client reviews, and policy schedules

  • Minimum 3 years investment administration or previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry will be preferable
  • Knowledge of FICA as per FSCA requirements and Regulatory Compliance
