Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Content Specialist brief in, manage, and optimize digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital campaigns, ad performance tracking, and data-driven content strategy. They will be responsible for crafting compelling content that aligns with business goals and enhances engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital content strategies across social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid media.
- Brief in optimize high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to different digital channels to the design agency.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and different Google Campaign (PMAX) META ads, and other PPC channels as well as newsletters and newsletter flows.
- Track, analyse, and report on ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaigns – daily with the agency partner.
- Conduct A/B testing on digital content and ads to improve engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce visually compelling and high-performing content.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic reach.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite to monitor content effectiveness.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Research and apply emerging trends in digital marketing to improve content engagement and performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing campaigns, or digital advertising.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns (PPC, social media, and display ads).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad performance tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Passion for digital trends, creativity, and innovation in content marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2C digital marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
