PRINCIPAL ERP: ANALYST WITHIN SAP PSRM AND SAP CRM
TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R1,020,311 PER ANNUM ● REF NO: CS 34/25 ● CIVIC CENTRE, CAPE TOWN
Requirements:
- A minimum of a national diploma supported by industry specific related SAP certification. Applicants with higher tertiary qualifications (e.g. B degree/ BTech) will be given preference
- Minimum of six (6) years’ SAP experience in one of the following streams:
SAP PSRM
- Develop technical solutions based on business requirements specific to SAP Public Sector Records and Case Management (PSRM) and its associated development methodology
- Understand functional documentation and effectively convert content to technical documentation
- SAP case and records management system configuration and setup
- Analysis and solution implementation
- Project execution.
SAP CRM
- Configuration and project implementation experience in SAP CRM 7.0 (service management)
- SAP BCM (Sinch) experience would be advantageous.
Key performance areas:
- Develop and deliver business solutions for business requirements across functional streams to provide an expert resource service in meeting business needs
- Gather, research, interpret and analyse complex business requirements, and recommend solutions across ERP
- Ensure effective delivery of projects and programmes
- Participate in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure ongoing commitment of stakeholders
- Maintain and develop skills to meet the standards required by business regarding their needs
- Process service requests and provide user support
- Mentor and coach staff.
