Our Client, a well-established company, located in George with a great company culture that values teamwork, innovation, and growth is looking for an efficient and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Accountant and PA/Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring financial performance
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other administrative tasks for company executives
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Provide general office support as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
