Description:
We are looking for an accounts assistant to perform daily administrative tasks that will support our financial team. Simultaneously, this role also includes fleet maintenance administration.
Job Duties:
- Calling clients for payments.
- Sending out statements.
- Issue invoices to customers and external
- partners, as needed.
- Filing.
- General accounts administrative tasks.
- Fleet administration and related tasks.
Skills, Expertise and Knowledge:
- Skilled using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good math skills.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- 3-5 years of work experience in related field.
