The Commercial Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the Senior Project Coordinator and Commercial Manager , assisting with project planning, execution and coordination across various Teams. Taking a collaborative approach to engage and coordinate with teams, suppliers, and managers to ensure smooth execution and operational delivery of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Will also help keep daily tasks aligned with business goals while ensuring systems stay up to date with Hollywoodbets’ standards. Bringing creative and commercial thinking to projects, while staying informed on industry trends. Contributing directly to Hollywoodbets’ success across multiple channels and markets.
Familiarity in industry-specific software and tools, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support multiple projects simultaneously, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

You Bring:
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, operations or any commercial related field.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
What You’ll Do for The Brand:
Coordination
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets that set the stage for impactful commercial projects.
- Coordinating and ensuring all resources, equipment, and information are perfectly aligned to hit every deliverable
- Scheduling and organizing meetings—whether it’s on-site visits or project updates and reviews with key stakeholders, you’ll make sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Teams across the business as well as external stakeholders.
- Provide day to day support to the commercial Team and be responsible for all administrative duties.
Communication and Support Management
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Coordinator to develop and execute comprehensive brand and operational strategies across the Hollywood Group
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of brand positioning strategy reports to strengthen Hollywoodbets’ identity and market presence.
Project Management
- Partner with internal teams (product, operations, digital, and creative) to ensure successful execution of ongoing and new projects.
- Ensure all project documentation is compliant and communicated with company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a strategic support advisor to teams and ensure all activities support commercial goals.
Reporting
- Work with data and analytics teams to measure and assess the performance of marketing initiatives
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI, and ensure maximum impact of marketing activities with daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Work alongside teams to analyze customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor strategies to refine and improve marketing approaches for reporting
Innovation and Market Awareness
- Stay informed on the latest marketing tools, technologies, and trends to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge strategies.
- Develop strategies for emerging platforms and channels to ensure Hollywoodbets remains an industry leader in marketing innovation.
- Identify and present new ideas and opportunities to engage customers, grow brand affinity, and drive business results .
Adhoc Tasks
- Evaluate project outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and document lessons learned.
- Coordinate resources and materials required for project completion.
