An opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced investment and venture-building environment, supporting two directors in a firm that partners with high-growth technology and financial companies across the region. This role requires someone highly capable, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage complex priorities, anticipate challenges, and ensure both directors’ time is used effectively.
The role:
The position combines high-level executive support with office operations management. It demands an individual who is comfortable in an environment where decisions move quickly, where precision matters, and where the ability to solve problems before they arise is critical. The right person will be adept at handling sensitive matters, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining seamless workflows across all aspects of the directors’ professional and occasional personal commitments.
For the right candidate the opportunity also exist to be relocate to abu dhabi

- Personal Assistant: 2 to 3 years
Requirements
- Experience at Director Level – At least 5 years as an EA supporting C-suite or Directors in investment, finance, consulting, or high-growth environments. Skilled in managing complex schedules, high-stakes tasks, and executive priorities.
- Commercial & Business Acumen – Strong grasp of business fundamentals with experience or education in finance, accounting, law, or project management. Able to interpret financial reports, contracts, and business documents confidently.
- Highly Tech-Savvy – Advanced in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Zoom. Comfortable with CRM systems and project management platforms.
- Operational & Problem-Solving Mindset – Thinks ahead, preempts issues, and optimizes workflows without waiting for direction. Strong ability to create efficiencies and execute strategic tasks seamlessly.
- Composed, Rational, and Emotionally Intelligent – No drama, no ego, no nonsense. Handles pressure, shifting priorities, and strong personalities with confidence, tact, and professionalism.
