Strategic Sales & Business Growth- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Sea, Air, and Road Freight .
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new sales prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their freight and logistics needs.
- Provide tailored solutions to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage contract negotiations, ensuring long-term partnerships with key clients.
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trade compliance, and global logistics trends.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and business development within the freight forwarding and logistics industry .
- Proven track record of success in selling Sea, Air, and Road Freight services .
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and supply chain logistics .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales growth in a competitive market.
