Personal Assistant required for a construction company based in East London
Maternity relief position (March – June 2025)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior management, ensuring efficient operations. Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Maintain office systems, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and organization Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
