Job Title: Rental AgentLocation: Groenkloof
Salary: R6000 - R8000 + Commission on Rentals
Duties and responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand housing needs and preferences. Identify suitable rental properties using real estate databases. Conduct property showings to showcase rental options. Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants. Prepare and review lease agreements. Keep clients updated on market trends and availability. Build relationships with landlords and industry professionals. Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations. Work towards achieving rental placement targets.
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
Minimum 2 years of rental agent experience. Proficiency in real estate databases and technology. Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of local rental markets and regulations. Excellent customer service and organizational abilities. Valid real estate license (preferred). Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
