- Drivers License and own transport
- Fluent English, written and spoken as well as good Afrikaans
- Ability to work independently and under pressure with great attention to detail
- Sober habits and non-smoker
Front of House:
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality preferable
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Great administrative skills with knowledge on stock and maintaining stock levels
- Excellent client and interpersonal skills to deal with difficult situations.
- Computer literate with Nightsbridge and SAGE knowelegde (beneficial)
- Professional & well groomed.
- Can work independently and as part of small multicultural team.
Maintenance:
- Minimum 3 years experience with grounds, equipment and building maintenance. Ideally on a remote lodge or farm. â??
- Must be able to prioritise tasks and manage a small team 4-5 staff.
- Requires strong technical skills: basic electrical, plumbing, sewerage, gas geysers, borehole pumps, pressure pumps, solar power, grounds and building maintenance, pools, fencing, fireguards and road maintenance.
- Knowledge of first aid and safety regulations and procedures.
This is a live-in role with 1 meal per day while on duty.
