ey Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and establish contact with potential customers, developing relationships that foster new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers, providing exceptional service and support. Market Insight: Follow industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Client Visits: Regularly visit clients and potential customers to evaluate needs, promote products, and address queries related to product offerings, pricing, and availability. Sales Support: Collaborate with Internal Sales staff to ensure customers receive the best possible service, assisting with stock checks, quotes, and processing sales orders on Syspro. Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance to customers on product usage and specifications. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals. Account Management: Open new sustainable accounts and manage existing ones, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments and account queries.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Requirements:
Syspro Experience: Proficient in Syspro for processing orders, quotes, and stock management. Industry Experience: 3-5 years experience in the Fluid Control industry, specifically in products like pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, pumps, and irrigation. Sales Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Representative is a significant advantage. Knowledge of Eastern Cape: A sound understanding of the Eastern Cape Province and surrounding areas is essential. Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting turnover and gross profit targets. Sales Process Knowledge: A strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required for client visits.Behavioral Requirements:
