Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advantageous). Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero). Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions. Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers. Prepare invoices, payments, and expense reports. Assist with VAT, tax, and payroll processing. Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable. Generate financial reports and summaries as needed. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Assist with audits and month-end financial processes.
