Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate must hold a BSc or B.Tech in Quantity Surveying (non-negotiable) with a minimum of 6 years' post-graduation experience.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: BSc or B.Tech in Quantity Surveying (essential). Experience: At least 6 years of post-graduation experience in a similar role. Form of Contract: Proven experience working with CCS.Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to independently manage the following key Quantity Surveying functions:
Measurement of Works: Accurately measure all works using standard systems. Raising Requisitions: Ensure requisitions are raised and managed effectively. Revenue Collection: Oversee revenue collection from monthly valuations through to final account settlement. Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor processes from appointment to final account resolution. Cost Reporting & Commercial Management: Handle notices, claims, and general correspondence in line with cost reporting and commercial management. Mentorship & Supervision: Experience in mentoring and supervising junior Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support where necessary.Additional Requirements:
