Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst
Role Overview:
The Principal SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst will be responsible for configuring, analyzing, and implementing SAP PM solutions to support business needs. The role requires expertise in SAP PM system setup, solution implementation, and project execution. The successful candidate will work within the IS&T ESC Branch to ensure seamless integration and optimization of SAP PM functionalities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Configure and set up SAP PM systems to align with organizational requirements. Conduct analysis of existing processes and recommend SAP PM solutions to improve efficiency. Lead and support SAP PM implementations, ensuring alignment with project goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP PM functionalities. Execute system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP PM modules. Provide technical guidance and expertise to the project team and end-users. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational IT policies. Document system configurations, processes, and user guidelines. Assist in user training and knowledge transfer to enhance SAP PM system adoption. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP PM with other business modules.Required Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Qualifications:
SAP PM Certification.Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience. Proven track record of leading and participating in more than five SAP implementations.Core Skills:
Expertise in SAP PM system configuration and setup. Strong analytical skills for solution implementation. Effective project execution and management abilities.Other Requirements:
Prior experience working in a local government environment is beneficial.
