Are you an experienced Team Leader in Dutch Sales ready for your next challenge?
We are looking for a driven Dutch Team Leader to strengthen our Dutch-speaking team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of customer service agents, ensuring operational goals are met, maintaining high-quality service, and fostering continuous team development.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this position.
What will you do?
Lead and motivate your team to achieve set targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor performance, analyse KPIs, and implement improvement actions where needed. Act as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment. Identify training needs and support the professional growth of your team members. Handle escalations professionally and work towards effective solutions.
