Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of painters and builders on-site. Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes, project specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and address any defects or issues. Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations. Train and guide workers in proper techniques, safety procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and requirements are met. Maintain records, reports, and documentation of work completed and any challenges encountered.Requirements:
Must come from the building and construction industry and have e xperience overseeing QC for builders and painters Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a supervisory role Own vehicle and valid drivers licence preferably Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, coatings, masonry, and general construction work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry. Valid drivers license (if site travel is required).
