Key Responsibilities:â?? Implement and manage planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance strategies.
â?? Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on client properties.
â?? Oversee HSE, Quality & Risk Management systems.
â?? Optimize resource utilization and ensure timely procurement of parts.
â?? Monitor contractor performance and manage supplier SLAs.
â?? Provide technical support on projects and ensure infrastructure maintenance compliance.
â?? Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
Requirements:
B-Tech/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Relevant Trade Test and Matric qualification. Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance engineering, CRM & property management. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office & SAP; knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001.
