Minimum Requirements:
BCom degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. BCom Honours or equivalent qualification preferred. Newly qualified CA(SA) with completed articles (preferred). Previous experience in the property and construction industry is advantageous. Strong proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex financial reconciliations and reporting. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills for identifying financial discrepancies and inefficiencies. Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financial reports, assess risks, and drive cost optimization strategies. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure timely reporting and compliance. Leadership & Accountability: Confidence in making financial decisions while ensuring transparency and governance.
