Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Clerk to join our clients team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a strong understanding of site administration, cost management, and subcontractor payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all site administration tasks efficiently. Measure up work for subcontractor payments and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor and manage site costing, including materials, wages, and expenses. Process weekly wages and maintain related payroll records. Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word. Track and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices. Ensure that all documentation is properly filed and accessible when required. Assist the Site Manager and Project Team with administrative duties as needed.Requirements:
