Job Title: Administrative Intern
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive-level administration, event coordination, and office management. The successful candidate will assist in scheduling, document preparation, internal communication, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Administrative Coordinator
· Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
· Format, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents.
· Maintain databases, track deadlines, and manage document productivity systems.
· Handle internal and external correspondence on behalf of the executive office.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries when needed.
· Monitor office supplies and facilitate procurement requests.
· Support event planning and execution, including internal meetings and engagements.
· Liaise with different departments and assist in cross-functional projects.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional business etiquette.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Detail-oriented with good recordkeeping and document management skills.
· Ability to work independently while taking direction from senior staff.
· A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Previous internship or 1-2 years of administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
