Our client, a leading player in digital transformation, is looking for an experienced BI Report Lead to oversee data reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. You will lead a team, manage business intelligence requirements, and drive best practices in data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead & manage BI reporting and analytics initiatives in alignment with business goals. Oversee the development and implementation of BI solutions. Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Manage and optimize the ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load) for data integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data governance and quality assurance. Provide leadership to a team of data analysts and engineers. Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing and BI technologies.Technical Skills & Competencies:
Power BI Expertise: Proven experience in data visualization and reporting. SQL Knowledge: Strong ability to query SQL databases and integrate Power BI with SQL servers. ETL & Data Lifecycle Management: Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading. Cloud Experience: Prior exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Project Management: Ability to drive projects within Agile or Waterfall frameworks. Problem-Solving & Research: Ability to troubleshoot data issues and provide actionable insights.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields (Honours degree is advantageous). Power BI Certification / MCSE preferred. 10+ years of experience in BI, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
