We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll, Accounting & Stock Management Specialist to oversee payroll processing, financial management, and stock control across all company branches, including individual retail locations and head office. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline payroll operations, enhance financial efficiency, and optimize inventory management to support business growth and cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
Process and administer payroll for all employees accurately and on time. Continuously improve payroll processes for greater efficiency. Identify and implement strategies to reduce payroll-related costs. Ensure full compliance with South African tax laws and labor regulations.Accounting Functions
Manage all accounting transactions using the company’s designated software. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.Stock Management
Monitor and manage inventory levels across all business locations. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure stock availability. Implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and optimize costs.Qualifications & Skills
