Description:

The Customer Service Representative for East Africa will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing order processing, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager and Technical Advisor, with a focus on East Africa, to ensure accurate pricing and efficient communication. Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
  • Strong telephonic communication abilities.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience working with shipping and documentation requirements for Africa.
  • SAP working knowledge.
  • Prior experience in the SADC or East Africa region is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of irrigation products.

Requirements:
