Description:
MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR/ East London - experience in the Automotive Industry will be advantageous.
Minimum requirements;
Marketing degree/diploma
Valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing field
In depth knowledge of digital marketing including websites, Facebook, Instagram, tik tok etc.
Experience in execution of marketing campaigns including displays and events
Exposure to the Motor Industry would be advantageous
Knowledge of Graphic Design would be advantageous
Key responsibilities;
Lead Generation – Managing leads via 3rd party platforms and Company website into CMS;
Ensuring all used stock is photographed and correctly feeding into these platforms; Reconciling monthly sales in Pinnacle to CMS including into sources which will assist with spend allocations; Utilise Pinnacle to extract database info in order to provide leads to the sales teams
Website – Manage the Company website by ensuring backend updates for new car pricing/OEM offers/aftersales offers/New model releases/Used car stock etc;
Social media/Digital Marketing – Manage Facebook per OEM Requirements; Run campaigns including boosting spend; Ensure correct CI is used when running OEM campaigns
Claim/Budgeting – Liaise with Sales Managers and OEM to agree quarterly activities and budget; submit claims as agreed to OEMs for payment
Call Centre – Manage the productivity of the Call Centre ensuring that monthly targets are met for outbound workshop bookings
Overall – Provide support to the Department Managers by executing on the jointly agreed plans on a monthly basis; Plans could include pamphlets, displays and events amongst others
Salary: Market related based on experience
