Description:

A dynamic property rental company is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented General Administrator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, tenant communications, lease agreements, and general property management support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence. Assist with tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals. Maintain and update property and tenant records. Coordinate rental payments, invoices, and arrears follow-ups. Respond to tenant inquiries and liaise with property owners as needed. Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare monthly reports and statements for management. Ensure compliance with relevant rental laws and regulations. Assist with marketing and listing properties for rent.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in administration, preferably in the property rental industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Knowledge of rental agreements and property management processes. Familiarity with trust accounts and
