Finance Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company based in Komani, Eastern Cape
Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and results-oriented approachResponsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization Prepare financial models and conduct scenario planning Partner with operational departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to improve financial performance Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement Monitor and manage inventory levels and costs
