Able take ownership and leadership Own rifles Valid drivers license with own 4x4 vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Person 1
Farm management (Bushclearing, Road , Fence and Water points and so on maintenance ) Plan and Execution on how to maintain the whole farm ( e.g controlled bush fires) Developing together with directors the different price list (International, local and Outfitter price list) Monthly Farm reports to the directors Management of animals Selling hunts and other relatable activities to local hunters and to Outfitter and also to international clients, we got over our agencies (they hunt either on Leeuwfontein or on other concessions where our farm manager has access) Organizing, Planning, execution and Post work of the hunts Yearly game count Game breeding ( buying exceptional genes for our breeding herds) Maintenance of hunting equipment and all other assets and equipment Hunts with owners and exporting their trophies Staff training and management (farm labourers)
