Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle office administration, and manage correspondence with clients and service providers. Client Assistance: Assist financial planners in servicing new and existing clients, preparing documentation, application forms, and follow-ups. Data Management: File, capture client data, and update spreadsheets and word documents. Transaction Follow-ups: Ensure the smooth implementation of new business and track client transactions. Client Communication: Be the initial point of contact for client queries and provide telephonic support.Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) Industry experience in financial services is required. A post-matric qualification is advantageous. Own vehicle, transport, and drivers license. Fully bilingual. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and a corporate appearance. Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe PDFs, Outlook, Word, and Excel.Compensation & Benefits:
