• Oversee daily operations of the Welding, Sheetmetal, and Powder coating facility.
• Implement and refine production processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and motivate production staff, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality.
• Manage resources, raw materials, and consumables for optimal workflow.
• Report weekly to senior management on job progress and address issues proactively.
• Enforce stringent quality control and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Expertise in Sheetmetal and Welding.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• Computer literate with a valid driver’s license.
