Description:

The Junior Stock Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records, maintaining stock levels, and supporting financial integrity in stock-related processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage stock data, conduct physical stock audits, and provide insightful inventory analysis to optimize stock management. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
