DUTIES:
Design Creation and Development:
- Create original designs for various print and digital media, including websites, advertisements, brochures, logos, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs based on client or project requirements.
- Produce high-quality graphic assets that align with branding guidelines and objectives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and offer creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design ideas and concepts.
Branding and Identity:
- Ensure all design projects maintain a cohesive and professional look, adhering to the company or client’s branding guidelines.
- Develop and maintain brand assets such as logos, colour schemes, typography, and other visual elements.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards.
- Meet deadlines and handle revisions based on feedback from clients, team members, or stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain design files for easy access and future use.
Quality Assurance:
- Review design drafts and final files for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Optimize files for various formats and ensure they are ready for print or digital distribution.
Stay Current with Design Trends:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas into design work.
- Continuously explore and experiment with emerging design styles and technologies to enhance creativity.
Content Adaptation:
- Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring compatibility across a range of media (e.g., web, mobile, social media).
- Modify and resize graphics for specific platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and websites.
Feedback and Revisions:
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine designs.
- Revise and improve designs based on constructive criticism, maintaining a positive attitude.
File Management:
- Ensure that all design files are organized and properly archived.
- Prepare final design files for print or digital use, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Support Marketing and Advertising Campaigns:
- Design promotional materials to support advertising campaigns, including email newsletters, banners, flyers, and more.
- Create compelling visuals that help convey key marketing messages.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
- Design web pages, app interfaces, and other digital products with user experience and interaction in mind.
- Collaborate with web developers or product teams to ensure designs are functional and visually appealing.
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
