We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin Clerk to join our client's Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of post-school experience and a strong desire to contribute to the team. In this role, the candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, interact with customers and suppliers, and ensure the efficient operation of the parts department.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Parts Department, including data entry, document management, and filing. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records and files to ensure efficient retrieval of information. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and updating records as necessary. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance department productivity. Support the bookkeeping and accounting functions by ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the department. Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to liaise and interact with customers and suppliers professionally. Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Pinnacle software is an advantage. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles. Reliable, enthusiastic, and possess a positive "can do" attitude. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role preferred, but recent graduates will also be considered. Matric
